2Member Eligibility

To register and use the komodo69 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Registering using your own real identity — not on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
• Never having been banned or restricted from using the komodo69 platform previously.
• Hold a valid Malaysian bank account or Malaysian digital wallet in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.
• Not playing in a professional capacity as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.

Komodo69 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If a member is found not to meet the eligibility criteria, their account will be suspended immediately and all balances and winnings may be forfeited without compensation.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) komodo69 account only. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using different information or different devices — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and your actual date of birth. Providing false information is a serious violation of komodo69's terms & conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your komodo69 account username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. Komodo69 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Komodo69 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. komodo69 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds held in your komodo69 account will not accrue interest for the duration they remain there.

Komodo69 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond komodo69's control.

5Withdrawals & Identity Verification (KYC)

Withdrawals from your komodo69 account are subject to the following requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Deposited funds must have been wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding set limits require a completed identity verification (KYC) process.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified account held in the same member's name.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers at komodo69 are subject to the following conditions unless stated otherwise:

• One welcome bonus per member — applicable to the first deposit only and cannot be reclaimed.
• Wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for gameplay on the komodo69 platform and cannot be transferred or gifted to other players.
